At Hario, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your home goods, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
